Wow, what a mess this place is! Located in a prime location, but can't get their act together. Service is awful!!! Walking in customers are not greeted or pointed in a right direction. No sign to tell whether to wait to be seated or seat yourself. Staff looks confused, and generally unhappy. I saw a large group seating themselves, doing all the work moving tables and chairs. Waiter at my table only wiped half of table to clean from previous patrons. The place has an identity crisis between fast food and full service restaurant (you see chips shelf and drink fridge for helping yourself, yet you sit yourself for fully serviced meal). The inside "decor" follows the general trend of confusion and looks dirty and unorganized. Oddly placed pictures, self service Arizona fridge, garbage bins, newspaper shelf and salvation army picked up TV suggest you walked in into a range of eateries from subway, diner to a sports bar. I have to give some credit to the kitchen: the food came out super fast and aside from dried out breakfast potatoes it was decent. Do have to warn about their house coffee, it is short of toxic. I am trying to think if i had worst coffee than this, and can't think of an instance. My employer provided coffee at work had to surrender the title of the "worst coffee" to the one in this joint. Good news: the place has nowhere else to go but up.

I ordered their Greek salad today for the first time. It came with kalamata olives, lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, and HUGE pieces of chicken! (The chicken is an extra charge but SO worth it). It was delicious and I had chicken until the last bite. I ordered around 12:30pm and the delivery man came in 25 minutes. Not bad at all for a late lunch delivery order. Plus he was a cutie ;-) I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Nothing but compliments for the food, personal service from family members of the owner, lack of tourists, and comfortable seating indoor and out. I am a HUGE supporter of small businesses ( #ShopSmall ) and this 20 table diner will receive a return visit. There is NO VIEW from the al fresco seating except a semi-busy artery. But the fumes weren't noticeable. Then again, the food came out so quickly and was so delightful I didn't have time to notice! I walked here easily from Clematis Street where parking is free on Sundays; sonIncan not offer a comment as to the parking as has been complained about in other reviews. I had the Spinach Feta Tomato Omelet with PROPER GRITS and huge chunks of fresh ingredients bursting out of the omelet. The $5 MIMOSA was legit.

What I like most about this place is what you see is what you get. It's not fancy, but practical. Unlike most places in West Palm Beach, the prices reflect the quality of food and service--affordable and good. It's not five star, it's not gourmet and they have made that very clear by their menu and look of the restaurant. I like it and I will be back when I need a simple, quick, and affordable meal.

The spinach omelette and roasted potatoes were perfect and I tasted my cousin's pancakes and that was perfect as well. Whoever I return to the West Palm Beach area; I will definitely stop for breakfast here and try the banana pancakes!

This place is great rarely do I give five stars but where else can you get a whole real breakfast for $6.50 yesterday I went there and I got a pancake bacon and home fries which was absolutely scrumptious and cheaper than any trip I take to Starbucks they have a great location store is very well maintained and the staff is extremely nice I will definitely be back and make sure to tell all my friends definitely go to Palm Beach Cafe.

My wife and I ate breakfast here today. Nice decor for a cafe. Service was good but we waited at least 20 minutes for our food. Other people around us got their orders timely but ours seemed to take a lot longer. I got the chicken burrito and my wife had a vegetable scramble. Our food was very good. I would have given 5 stars if the food was delivered timely.

Outstanding service, great prices, great food! Service was prompt, servers were friendly. My wife and I had omelet and corned beef hash. They came out quickly and were excellent. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Would definitely recommend for a quick breakfast at a great value!

Another good breakfast option in the downtown West Palm Beach area. The portions are generous, the food is tasty and the prices are cheap! They gladly accommodated us when we asked to have the bread substituted for sliced tomatoes on our egg dishes and they had avocado available which we ordered as a side. The only thing I would say is they need a slight improvement on the home fries. They were on the dry side, and well not the best I've had which is why I didn't give them 5 stars.

On a weekend trip to WPB and found this gem from Yelp. I was blown away by the staff made up of a family of owners. The service and food were extremely good. Everything we tried was excellent! I was also surprised by the prices being so low for the quality. The owners are the friendliest host I have encountered. You can't go wrong!

Stumbled upon this gem because another place I wanted to go was closed for a month & so glad I did. Fantastic food for an even better price. The owners a so nice & they're from Long Island which made it feel even more like home.

I love love love this place!!! Owners are so friendly and lunches are amazing! I usually get the southwest salad with a scoop of tuna and it's so big and fresh everytime! :)

The best service ever!! I've not actually walked into the Cafe, but we get delivery in our office on a pretty regular basis. I can say that I've ordered breakfast and lunch dozens of times over the past 3 years, and have never been disappointed. Omelets are great - as are sandwiches, salads, and specials. On the rare occasion that an order has been incorrect upon delivery, they have not only quickly corrected it, but have so brought desserts to make up for it. Hidden gem!!!

Love the food, but then again I love anywhere with food when I'm in serious hangover mode. But they use some awesome champagne for their mimosa so it's a win.

Pretty good food at little cafe. Low prices. They were out of grits, but I found the spinach, tomato, and feta cheese omelet to be very tasty! My companions enjoyed the skillet entree.

Took my kids here today for the first time as a spur of the moment outing. OMG everything was so yummy. My 6 year old literally cleared her plate and said it was the best breakfast ever. I had the ham and brie breakfast croissant, yum. My daughter had the strawberry french toast with sausage, to die for. And my sons home fries were super tasty. Staff was great, everyone so nice to us. And no wait on a sunday morning which was nice too. Great place overall.

3.5. Quick, straight forward, no frills brunch. I had the scrambled eggs with pork sausage (which were actually patties) and potatoes. The potatoes were nice and crispy. I'm not sure if the eggs were beat with cream ... Weird, I know, but they tasted sweet and I couldn't figure out why. The whole wheat toast was filling. Outdoor seating options are available. It was just what I was looking for before flying out of West Palm.

Thank you Yelpers for recommending this place. Awesome service from the moment I opened the door. Great selection, served promptly, food was great and the value can't be beat. Especially around here. Nothing fancy here but if you are looking for a really good meal at a fair price this is the spot. The great service is just icing on top.

Oh good dear god - amazing food, excellent service, great price. Walked inside & got an immediate good feeling for the place. The guy behind the counter (owner?), greeted me right when I walked through the door & offered me to take a seat. Grabbed a spot outside, & moments later the server swung by with coffee and menu. 1 order of home made corned beef hash (spectacular) and the Country Skillet later, and I couldn't be happier. Huge portion of food, perfectly made, quickly delivered, $10. I think this is about to become my regular breakfast spot. Time for a nap.

Delicious food. Very casual. Friendly service. Had the eggs florentine (which had ham AND spinach this time). Took a little while but only because they were making some more of the hollondaise from scratch for my meal and they were very good about letting me know the progress. I didn't feel like I was waiting for nothing. Strong coffee--delicious. I would probably just go for brunch again, but the rest of the menu looked delicious (including the Greek breakfast wrap and sanwhiches). Haven't been back yet, but I plan on going again.

Great breakfast place with amazing customer service and delicious food. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, I can walk there...no gas wasted! I couldn't decide if I wanted the home fries or grilled tomatoes, so the waitress just said "i'll give you both!" WHAAAA?!? That is amazing! You have made my indecision a non-issue, I love it! Very friendly staff, cute atmosphere and great food. I ordered the fiesta omlette with egg whites, home fries AND grilled tomatoes on the side and wheat toast. I almost finished the whole thing, but alas the bf cleaned my plate. She even sent us off on this hot day with a huge 32oz cup of ice water!! It lasted for a good 4 hours in the heat and was my life saver while walking around city place in the heat. Thank you, kind woman. I shall return frequently. I new favorite for me!!

I eat here a few times a week. Always nice to be greeted by name, great prices and food is good 90% of the time. For me, that's pretty unusual.

Inexpensive quick lunch or breakfast spot! Food is decent for the price. I prefer the breakfast menu! Lunch menu can be hit or miss. I do enjoy the Buffalo chicken wrap! Breakfast specials are usually pretty good! convenient location if you work in the downtown/cityplace areas of West Palm Beach.

I love the Palm Beach Cafe. Awesome owners, and rock solid grub. I recommend three eggs over medium, w/bacon, corned beef hash, and hash browns, w/a side of rye toast. Mix all together, eat it, then go back to bed. For lunch, any of the hot subs work, and the soups are always great.

Love the breakfast food at Palm Beach Cafe. Besides the great tasting egg white omelet with sausage, their prices are very inexpensive. We have made Palm Beach Cafe our Sunday 1pm breakfast spot.

My family and I were staying at a hotel near Palm Beach International Airport and visiting family in the area. We wanted a hearty breakfast on a Sunday morning as we knew we would not have time for lunch. Due to the reviews of fellow Yelp members and the location, we were so glad to have found this place. The coffee was delicious (1000 times better than Starbucks), the breakfast menu had many good choices and the service very good. So if you are in the area looking for a good reasonably priced breakfast, this is the place to go. They also have a few tables outside, so if you like al fresco, head on over there.

My wife and I were looking for a good breakfast out. Yelp led us to this little out of the way place. What a find. Great food and very low key ambience. Very nice folks work here. We were greeted at the door, seated immediately and food was delivered quickly. Great home fries. Give it a try. You'll be glad you did. Right off Climatis St.

This place is the definition of meteocrity. Unless you like burned food, id suggest you eat any where else. These people have figured out how to burn coffee.
